Jeremiah 15:19 When you are born again, wherever you set your foot is part of your ministry. 
For believers, our eternal reward is based on our faithfulness in what God has called us to do. 

7 Spheres of influence (pic) 
The point isn't to pull people into the Church sphere but instead to send out people into the other 6 spheres.
