Don't hurry

Hurry saps joy out of life. You dont enjoy life. Therefore, get down on knees and pray together with your family. "Lord, teach us to number our days" "Lord, relent, please have mercy on us" It is about changing our attitude, not counting our days. Making wise use of the time we have. We are like new grass in the morning but withered grass in the evening. Ps 90 God is angry at sin and sinners. Wise families would do the math. In vain you rise up early and stay up late...Get rest. Enjoy sleeping. He gives sleep to those whom He loves. Enjoy eating. Good food. Don't hurry. Discover the one thing that really matters...Love God and your neighboor as yourself....because nothing in this life that you do will matter, unless you love God. Whatever you do, do for the glory of God. Run everything through this "pipe". We were made to magnify God. Are you teaching your children to feed on the Word of God? How do you spend your time and money? Teach

Notes on our mission

Married to mission of church Love vision Love core values Like strategy Like ministries The mission is unchanging. Mat 16:13-18 Mat 28:19 Gal 1:8-9 The gospel does not change. Jesus is the cornerstone. Everything we do has to be measured to Jesus, just as every subsequent rock in a building was measured and levelled against the cornerstone. Rev 1:20 The church is the lampstand in this verse. The lamp stand required specific oil for fueling it. In this same manner, the church requires a specific "fuel" to work; the Holy Spirit. As a lampstand, we are to illuminate only one: Jesus Christ. Spread the good news of the Kingdom of God. The good news is that anyone can enter freely, to a Kingdom where there is no death, no sorrow, no harm. But love, joy, and eternal life. 2 Cor 5:20 We used to be there, but have separated ourselves. We can return and be reconciled, and be in the Kingdom of God. An expanding kingdom has authentic supporting evidence. When we

Exercise note from appt with Jemal

Protein intake 1.2g/kg maintain (78g) 2g/kg grow (130g) Proper diet is 70% of the battle. Increase calorie intake as well, 2500 to 3000. Recommend peanut butter scoop to shakes, or other nuts or good fats like avocado, pbj as a snack. That will add calories. Not a fan of weight gainers bc not as nutritious. Deadlifts... Single best growth exercise as it incorporates every major muscle group. Do 5 sets with 10 reps. You can build a great workout around deadlifts. Another good one is pull ups. As for the core, if done properly needs rest like other groups. Rest important between sets. Major group workout up to 2 mins. Minor up to 1 minute. You can get super sets in between rests. Super sets are great. Recommend. Steam room / sauna are both great for recovery.
