I found these notes from March of 2010. Passover is a time of renewing. Jewish rabis saw this time as a circle. Eat the passover lamb. All of it. Destiny. It is a choice; not a chance. Calling is the present purpose. Paul chose to take the invitation. Calling changes from season to season. It's a stepping stone. God reveals something new of Himself. The names of God changed as Abraham progressed. Greek word for calling is feast. If you miss your calling you are missing out on the feast. Cycles of time is for second chance. Calling is an invitation to the feast. Destiny is different. From the foundation of the Word, destiny is activated when you walk through the door of salvation. Hell is for those who did not fulfill their purpose. Pottery. When there is a crack in it, you leak out what God wants you to pour out. I want to say how hugely grateful I am for God's protection over Aliza. I am often careless with how I care for our princess. For example, when I "watch" her playing with toys on the floor, and she wonders off crawling, I am caught up browsing the internet or reading. Once, she fell back and got hurt because I was preoccupied with stuff. To change this, I have a plan. The plan is to focus on one task, and only one task, when it is important and requires my full attention. For example, Aliza would require my undivided attention when I am to watch her. This would prevent many boo boos from our cutie pattutie, and can be applied to other important stuff, like talking with my wife :) This could be another post. I hope this works. And praise God, because with Him, all things are possible!

How many things are wrong in the world! How wrong do we treat animals, where industrialized food growing has cows spending days in fields filled with their own waste (re: food, inc. ) How wrong is it that we demand crude oil with our habits and in turn cause oil spills in the gulf, killing many wildlife and polluting the earth (re: news). Schucks. I took hold of that message and I ran with it for the last year and a half. That lie the marketing schemes made sound good. That I've got to have the latest and best technology and luxury to feel cool. Bull. I'm sick and tired of it. I want change. I want truth. I want simple. I want more peace. I want more rest. I need Jesus. I want Jesus.

I have been watching shows on PBS that detail the history of persecution. That Jews suffered during world war 2. Many of these stories were told from the writings and journaling of the persecuted, like a 22 year old girl who began writing at a young age. We have these stories now beacuse of their writings, and we can know about her and what she went through. I like the idea of journaling. Today Aliza laughed for the first time. It was an unforgettable giggle. Every day, the new experiences we have with her are amazing! She is teething, we believe. And her bite strength is very strong; my finger found out. Her grip strength also. She is an amazing little girl, all praise to God! We as the body of Christ are called to continue Jesus's ministry on the earth. Stay on track. Understand your mission. What is Jesus doing today? In the last days, church will have a form of religon but no power. If you walk in Christ and His light, the devil cannot touch you. Submit willingly to Christ's kingship in your life. Purpose of the church is to proclaim forgiveness to the world. Secular societies look to government for provision. Our rallying cry to the world is that Jesus came to forgive your sins.

My wife Jessica was telling me today a story of a lost, small tub of lotion. She was looking for it for twenty minutes this morning, and she practiced letting it go. Recently that is something God wants to teach her, since she usually may spend hours looking for something she misplaced. So she let it go, but started thinking about it again a few hours later because she needed it. She has looked 3 times in the diaper bag already, but suddenly she heard a noise around where the diaper bag was placed, probably because something fell. So she decided to look in the diaper bag again, and the tub of lotion was right there. Amazing and mysterious!

So I recently started to volunteer some time at a nearby hospital. What a nice opportunity to talk to and help people. I was there just today, and occasionally a code blue and code r, among others, are heard over the PA system. This usually means that a patient is in trouble. So when I heard this, I prayed asking the Lord that He would pour out His healing and peace upon those patients and their families. In both cases, the code blue was soon after cancelled and the code r patient was fine when I passed by his room a few minutes later. I believe God's hand was in this. Wohoo, praise be to God!

Our daughter Aliza was born! Praise God! What an amazing experience it was for me. On Sunday, January 17th, and 6:51am, when her little body was birthed and I heard her first cry, I was amazed and in awe of this miracle! Formed from a few tiny cells, now 9 months later in my arms as a little person. Wow! Watching her movements, her facial expressions, hearing her sounds, and everything else about her is an extraordinary experience. Now, it is 11 days after her birth, and she is growing fast. As far as parenting, it is a big initial adjustment to your routine. Aliza has slept through her first full night yesterday, and we are grateful. She now usually will not cry when her diaper is changed. I noticed that she wants to start and tries holding her bottle. I am excited to continue learning about her and to watch her grow.

How to study the Bible Brief history Canon of the Old Testament was settled 70 years before Jesus Christ birth as man. /lot of details here. Ill insert a link to an mp3 of the study. / Tips: Don't do: Don't pull verses out at random. Don't read verses out of context. Don't start at Genesis. In opinion, start at a Gospel and Acts of the Apostles. If you want to start a prophetic book, read Jeremiah. Don't let Chapters fool you, because a thought may flow from chapter to chapter. Don't use Bibles with headings for chapters. They are merely there for copyrightability of the text. To Do: Pray before you read Read whole books at a time. Read letters in whole once, without understanding most, then go and reread. Don't try to look for hidden meanings. Look for the plain sense of the text. New King James version is good translation. A few months ago, I had a vision of December 28, 7:40PM to 7:48PM (2009). I believed that this was the time our first child will be born. When the time was nearing to a few hours away, we were thinking that the labor will be quick, since it has not begun. The labor did not start anytime before, though. It started exactly at 7:48PM. Jessica had contractions, and they lasted for 2 hours. Then they stopped. As of today, the baby has not been born yet, but the experience of this vision was awesome.
